We were lucky enough to be in the biggest Virginia snow storm in over 20 years.

A look at our snowy back yard with our hungry little birds at the bird feeder.A winter sun set.

We haven't had mail for a while.

It snowed for two days straight.

We had to start shoveling before we got out of our house.

Hiking in the Blue Ridge mountains on a beautiful river trail.
Rose River Falls

Taking a break

The fawn was trying to be so still so we wouldn't see it. Really cute.

We came around a corner on the trail and there was a MAMA BEAR and two cubs!!

After they crossed mama sent the cubs up a tree.

She was a little scary but the cubs were sure cute!!
Hope you like the videos!

We really enjoyed Sarah and Scott's visit in June, it was so great having them here!
We wish we could have everyone come see us!
This is up in the mountains over looking the Shenandoah valley.
